Finally tried Miam Miam on the last day of school for the semester!

Riz Noir Black Rice @ Miam Miam

Was kinda expectant and excited about trying Miam Miam but after checking out the menu more carefully, I guess the range offered is rather limited for non-beef eaters like me The serving was quite small as well. We didn’t get to try desserts this time round because I sensed our group was rather let down by the mains, so I guess if I were to return next time, it would be for the Soufflés!

T’was a good October <3

October has generally been a happy month – the prelude to exams, meeting up with several groups of friends whom i long-time-no-see which means many opportunities to check out new food places, having clearer directions for work in future (:

Feeling loadsa love and blessed and thankful and appreciative for all my family and friends who remembered

Happy Halloween! @ BUTTERO, Tras Street {Tanjong Pagar}

I came here just for their Gnocchi on the menu and I was not disappointed. Even my friend who had had bad experiences with gnocchi in other restaurants exclaimed this was way better hahaha (Y)

Somehow Gnocchi is one of the kinds of food that I long for when I am back. I miss cheese too – missing how it is easy to spot a cheese dish on the menu and how there are so many exciting and nice flavours to try (:

Thankful for friends who remember I do love cake so much, especially on special occasions like these :3
